Your menu, on the table, always current

A printed menu is out of date the day a price changes and silent about what is out of stock. A QR menu is edited once and correct on every table in the room, and the order it produces goes straight to the kitchen without passing through anyone's handwriting.

No app for the guest to install

The scan opens a web page. Nobody downloads anything, nobody creates an account, and a table of six can all be browsing at once on their own phones.

  • Per-table QR codes, so the order knows where it came from
  • Photos, descriptions, veg markers and prices on every item
  • Items marked unavailable disappear instantly across all tables
  • Guests track their own order status without asking staff

Where the errors actually go

Most order mistakes are transcription: heard wrong, written short, read back differently in the kitchen. When the guest taps the item themselves, that whole class of error stops existing. What remains is genuine kitchen error, which is a much smaller number.

It does not replace your staff

Tables still need service, recommendations still sell more than a menu does, and some guests will always want to order by talking to a person. QR ordering removes the note-taking, not the hospitality — the intended outcome is servers spending their time on the floor rather than at the terminal.

Common questions

Do guests need to install an app?
No. The QR opens a normal web page in whatever browser their phone already has.
Can I change prices during service?
Yes. The menu editor updates every table immediately — there is no reprint and no cache to wait out.
What about guests who do not want to scan?
Staff can take the order the usual way. The QR menu is an option for the table, not a requirement.
