Restaurant OS
Stock that knows what the kitchen just used
Inventory counted weekly tells you what went wrong after it went wrong. Stock tied to orders tells you during service, which is the only time you can still do something about it.
Sold out means sold out everywhere
When an item runs out, marking it unavailable removes it from every QR menu in the room at once. Nobody orders what the kitchen cannot make, which is a better outcome than apologising after.
- Stock tracked against items that sold
- Availability toggles reflected instantly on every table
- Visibility into what is running low during service
The honest limit
This is item-level inventory, not full recipe-level ingredient costing. If you need to know how many kilos of paneer a week of sales consumed, that is a bigger system than TableOS is today — ask us before you assume it.
Common questions
- Does it track ingredients or dishes?
- Dishes and items. Recipe-level ingredient depletion is not in the product today.
- Can I mark something unavailable mid-service?
- Yes, and it disappears from every table's menu immediately.
Built for
The rest of the system
QR menu & ordering
Guests scan, browse a live menu with photos, and order from the table. Orders land in the kitchen without a waiter writing anything down.
Kitchen display
Orders arrive on a kitchen screen the moment they are placed, in sequence, with what is preparing and what is ready visible to everyone.
Billing & invoices
Generate the bill from the order that already exists, apply offers and combos, and produce a proper invoice without re-keying anything.
Customer CRM
Every order builds a customer record: what they ordered, how often they visit, what they spend. Loyalty without a punch card.
Reservations
Take bookings from the same QR page guests already use, see them against your floor plan, and stop double-booking the corner table.
