Terms of Service

TableOS is a restaurant operating system built and operated by Kriyava AI, a product brand of the founder Bikram Pradhan, with mailing address Gurugram, Haryana, India. Email: hello@kriyava.com. In these Terms, "we", "us" or "TableOS" means Kriyava AI; "you" means the restaurant business that signs up for a TableOS account.

TableOS provides QR-code digital menus, order management, kitchen display, an AI waiter assistant, billing, payments via Razorpay, and analytics for restaurants. We deliver the service as software-as-a-service over the internet; we do not handle food, payments to your account beyond the Razorpay integration, or in-restaurant operations.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials confidential;
• all activity that happens under your account;
• the accuracy of menu prices, dish details, and tax information you publish;
• complying with FSSAI, GST, and local regulations for your restaurant.

New restaurants get a 14-day free trial of all Pro features. After the trial you may continue on the Pro plan (₹999 / month) or our Enterprise plan (custom pricing — unlimited AI assistant, unlimited tables/menus, custom QR stand). If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your dashboard becomes read-only until you do. Customer-facing menus remain live so diners are not disrupted.

When a diner pays through your TableOS menu, the money goes directly to your Razorpay or UPI account. TableOS never takes custody of customer funds. Razorpay's own terms apply to those transactions.

Menu OCR, dish image generation and the AI waiter are powered by Google Gemini. AI output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing extracted menu items, generated images, and AI recommendations before showing them to diners. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI output.

You must not:

• publish menu items for goods that are illegal under Indian law;
• misrepresent prices, taxes, or allergens;
• attempt to access other restaurants' data;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service;
• upload content you do not own the rights to.

You own your restaurant data (menus, orders, customer feedback). We process it on your behalf to operate the service. We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the product — for example to train the shared dish image library so other restaurants benefit from common dishes.

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, prolonged non-payment, or activity that endangers other users. On termination we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TableOS's aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms when the product changes. We will email you at the address on file if a change materially reduces your rights, and the update takes effect 14 days after that email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
